BTM Engineering, Inc. teamed with Laughlin Millea & Hillman (LMH) Architecture on a multi-story 65,000 +/- square foot South Tower addition to the existing hospital. The South Tower expansion is part of a 3-5 year $107 million upgrade to the Audubon Campus. The multi-story addition allowed the hospital to convert semi-private rooms into 74 private patient beds. The hospital will be served by a relocated roof top heliport on the new addition. Projects were completed while the hospital remained open and fully functional. Other phases of the project required the demolition and reconstruction of a two story parking structure, new utility main & reconstruction and additional parking lots.
